Delete it yourself in the app
- Open the SS Bakers Cake Wala app and log in.
- Go to Profile (bottom right).
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account, then Delete.
Or ask us to delete it
If you can’t open the app, email agarwal.ayush.aa@gmail.com from any address with the subject “Delete my account” and the mobile number you used in the app, or ask us at the shop. We will delete it within 7 days and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, mobile number and PIN.
- Your wallet money, stamps, level and rewards (unused wallet money cannot be refunded).
- Saved birthdays, anniversaries and special days, your area and your saved locations.
- Your wallet history.
What we keep
Records of past orders are kept only as long as our shop accounts and tax rules require. Cake photos you shared on the “Happy moments” wall are removed if you ask.
